“It was during childhood that my obsession with patterns began.
The shapes, colors, and actions in my daily life were intriguing; they still
are.  I began tracing objects with my fingers in the air, and eventually that
lead me to paper, which lead me to canvas, and so on.  I have always
found animals to be the most interesting, and so in most of my work that
is what you will find.  Through color and pattern, my work represents each
creature's environment and mobility, a process that is done in true nature
of the animals- without ever going back.”
